I've been tagged by Jackie....read on!

10 Years Ago:
I had just moved to Utah to live and think about finishing school. My brother had just gotten married and his wife had a contract that I bought out, and moved into Allred Apartments. I had a great time living there for the year before my mission. My roommates were great and now the person who took over my contract when I left is living in my house again! It's crazy how things work out and how you end up meeting people. I worked two jobs, one at UPS and one at Food-4-Less. I had a lot of fun being around my brother Jared and his friends. We were able to do a lot together and just have fun. It's nice to have family close by. I'm glad Kevin's family lives close, so at least my kids can know one side of their family. The finishing school didn't happen at that time. I just worked and then finally decided to serve a mission.

5 Things On My To-Do List Today:
This is my to-do list for tomorrow, since it's 8:30 at night
1. Get the roast in the crock-pot
2. Go to church
3. Get a nap in (these have been VITAL, I believe, to why I feel so great in this pregnancy)
4. Make my mother in law's rolls--my husband LOVES these.
5. Play Settler's with my family before bed

5 Snacks I Enjoy:
1. Peanut Butter. Seriously.
2. Rice Krispy Treats (with PB)
3. my friend just got me hooked on the Oreo Cakesters. Holy cow these are addicting!!
4. Chocolate covered pretzels
5. Salted nuts

What Would I do if suddenly made a Billionaire:
Um...billionaire? Sheesh, I'd be happy with 100K!! I'd feel the same! The same goals would be accomplished, pay off debt, buy two new cars. With the billions, I'd take the vacation my dad has always dreamed about for my side of the family. I'd plan a nice all-expenses paid scuba-diving trip for everyone and another vacation with my husband's side of the family. And then be able to fly home to Michigan whenever I wanted. The rest, probably give everyone in my family money to at least have brand new cars and/or money to pay off most of their homes. The rest, for missions, colleges for all my kids and nieces/nephews. I am a pleaser and would love to be able to share with my family.

5 Things You don’t know about Me:
This is tricky, since I hide VERY VERY few things from people.

1. I have kissed a few boys that I did not know the names of at the time, and to tell you the truth, I never did find them out. I know. I'm terrible. They were all BEFORE my mission!!
2. I hate mice. Alive or dead. DEATHLY AFRAID OF THEM!! My husband cleaned off the two dead mice our cat left on our garage step. I hate the beady eyes and hearing them or just knowing they MIGHT be around.
3. My favorite TV show is Jeopardy. I love learning new things. I wish I could be on Who wants to be a millionaire. I'd have different people lined up for my lifelines because I have one brother who knows ALL about wars and another about literature and another about history. I'd be set. and then they'd fill in the rest as well. I'm lucky.
4. I am still completely afraid of the dark and being alone at night. I used to keep the babies I'd babysit in my arms most of the night because for some reason, I felt safer. When I would sleep at night, I'd sleep under my covers in the middle of my bed because my brothers had me completely convinced the boogie man would get me at night. I hate being alone in my house without my husband. It freaks me out and I just stay in my bedroom with the lights one until he's home. I"m a grown woman, I know, but inside, those childhood fears never leave.
5. I love to cook for other people. I love having people over to my house and feeding them food. When Kevin's family comes into town..I love it. I love having family around and cooking for them all and even when I go back to Michigan I love to cook for everyone. It's a total selfish reason...I love to make people happy and food always makes people happy!!
